About The Position

The Compounding Operator performs auxiliary tasks as needed for the production of finished components. This role is responsible for tumble mixing material, cleaning equipment, and drying material under our quality management system. The operator ensures that materials are manufactured under CPT business practices while adhering to our quality policy statement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office is required

Nice To Haves

• Technical School certifications and/or college level technical degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Aids in the assistance of operation per leadership directives
• Tumble mixes, feeds lines, loads and tests material dryers
• Cleans manufacturing equipment including material barrels, dryers, pelletizers, and powder feeders
• Adheres to strict quality system guidelines including QS procedures, specifications, and drawings
• Works in close relations with engineering on the development of new products
