About The Position

Your Mission: You'll be the hands-on expert who transforms raw ingredients into stunning cosmetic formulas that meet our clients' exact specifications. Think of yourself as part scientist, part artist – mixing, blending, and creating the colors that millions of people use.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Comfortable with math: fractions, decimals, percentages, and conversions (US to metric)
• Able to read, write, and speak English clearly
• 1-3 years in high-volume manufacturing
• Experience mixing or blending products in batches preferred
• Must pass a Hue color vision test
• Complete Mechanical aptitude assessment
• Complete Attention to Detail assessment
• Eye for detail and color accuracy
• Good with numbers and basic computer use
• Team player who communicates well
• Self-motivated and organized
• Follows instructions carefully and thinks on your feet

Nice To Haves

• Chemistry background is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Blend raw materials following precise formulas to create cosmetic colors
• Operate specialized mixing equipment to produce high-quality batches
• Match shades and make adjustments to get colors just right
• Gather and pre-weigh ingredients for each unique formula
• Manage inventory flow to keep production running smoothly
• Help the team stay on schedule for timely delivery
• Perform quality checks to ensure every batch meets standards
• Troubleshoot issues and suggest solutions when formulas need adjustments
• Maintain spotless, sanitized equipment following safety guidelines
• Assist senior compounders with complex formulations
• Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and efficient
