Requirements

A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in compounding within fragrance of flavor manufacturing.
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy when measuring, weighing, and blending raw materials.
Ability to follow written formulas and instructions precisely.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to lift 25lbs.

Nice To Haves

Understand the order of addition for certain raw materials and the reasons behind it.
Ability to distinguish fragrance notes.

Responsibilities

Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials and essential oils according to formulas and batch sheets.
Operate and clean mixing tanks, scales, pumps, and other production equipment while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Follow all company safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist in monitoring raw material stock levels and notify supervisors of any shortages or issues.
Work closely with quality control and production teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in the fragrance compounding process.
