Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or production settings including pre-preg, wet lay up, and more.
- Proficiency with two-part epoxy systems, including installation and removal of cured two-part epoxy.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools, and oven curing.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CNC Routers
- Ability to operate forklift
- Familiarity with MES systems.
Responsibilities
- Technicians will be required to operate various types of machinery and equipment used in the production process.
- Technicians must be able to understand and follow work orders, production drawings, and verbal instructions.
- Assemble components, subassemblies, or finished products according to specifications and instructions.
- Inspect products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards, and reporting any issues.
- Housekeeping, which includes keeping their work area organized and free of hazards, as well as following safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and address any issues.
- Production environments can be fast-paced and dynamic, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
