About The Position

At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. This is a frontline, hands-on production supervisor role supporting Payload Fairing composite manufacturing. The Supervisor is expected to actively participate in day-to-day production while leading and supporting an hourly team responsible for composite layup operations, including carbon pre-preg, carbon fiber, fiberglass, and hand layup processes. You will share in the team’s impact across all aspects of transforming how rockets are manufactured and operated, while driving disciplined execution on the production floor. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, works effectively on integrated cross-functional teams, and leads by example through hands-on engagement.
