Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of industry experience in a similar function.
• Knowledge of quality and defect standards.
• Experience in material handling.
• Ability to interpret drawings.

• Basic mechanical skills or experience in manufacturing, construction, or labor work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cut, assemble, and store materials following work instructions or leader advice.
• Install infusion consumables and vacuum bags on molds.
• Prepare and check vacuum devices.
• Prepare and clean molds.
• Assemble and disassemble films and counter molds.
• Demold parts and perform rework activities such as grinding and cutting of burrs.
• Fill out industry standard forms as directed by the immediate superior.
• Use necessary Personal Protective Equipment as directed by safety personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace, cleaning before shift changes.
• Ensure conservation and maintenance of machinery, materials, PPEs, and tools.
