Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career. This position supports the establishment of F-35 Component Depot Repair capabilities and expanding the sustainment network of repair sources. To achieve this objective, the candidate will: - Manage depot capability activation projects from proposal through completion - Coordinate and integrate with customer and supplier stakeholders - Work with cross functional teams to analyze supplier/depot data to develop and execute plans - Report and manage progress, challenges, and milestone completions for multiple parallel projects - Identify and mitigate project risks - Baseline, execute, and hold accountability for project schedules to achieve on-time delivery of capabilities Who You Are: Strategic Planner – translates long‑range capability goals into activation milestones. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Experience with technical data
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external leadership
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • Up to 30 % domestic/international travel required for project milestone execution

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience in aerospace/defense
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (IPMA Level A/B, DoD PM).
  • Systems Engineering
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) certification preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Tableau; xml coding
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
