Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career. This position supports the establishment of F-35 Component Depot Repair capabilities and expanding the sustainment network of repair sources. To achieve this objective, the candidate will: - Manage depot capability activation projects from proposal through completion - Coordinate and integrate with customer and supplier stakeholders - Work with cross functional teams to analyze supplier/depot data to develop and execute plans - Report and manage progress, challenges, and milestone completions for multiple parallel projects - Identify and mitigate project risks - Baseline, execute, and hold accountability for project schedules to achieve on-time delivery of capabilities Who You Are: Strategic Planner – translates long‑range capability goals into activation milestones.
