About The Position

You will be responsible for ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of all high-voltage (HV) electrical/electronic (E/E) commodities and subsystems. By focusing on power electronics such as inverters, DC/DC converters, on-board chargers (OBC), and battery management systems (BMS), you will guarantee these critical components meet stringent internal and regulatory EMC standards. You will work closely with vehicle and product development teams from the initial design phase through to final validation. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing circuit and printed circuit board (PCB) layouts, providing critical feedback to suppliers, developing robust test plans, and overseeing validation testing to ensure a successful component/subsystem sign-off to support vehicle-level compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure electromagnetic compatibility of high-voltage electrical/electronic commodities and subsystems.
  • Focus on power electronics including inverters, DC/DC converters, on-board chargers, and battery management systems.
  • Guarantee compliance with internal and regulatory EMC standards.
  • Collaborate with vehicle and product development teams from design to validation.
  • Review circuit and printed circuit board (PCB) layouts.
