The Compliance Testing Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing independent compliance testing conducted by specialists. This role involves providing subject matter expertise on compliance controls and processes, leading all phases of assigned testing engagements, and executing independent testing as necessary. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Plan and oversee independent compliance testing activities.
  • Execute independent testing as applicable.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on compliance controls and processes.
  • Lead all phases of assigned testing engagements.
  • Conduct analytical research and analysis as part of testing engagements.
  • Manage testing activities to achieve completion within target timelines.
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Document research and findings clearly and concisely.
  • Identify and manage risks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance testing or related field.
  • Prior experience with QA/QC preferred.
  • Regulatory experience preferred.
  • Credit card experience preferred.
  • Experience with Fiserv preferred.
  • Experience in a financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks.
