Compliance Tech Position: Region FM is ultimately responsible for TJC binder management and review. Point of contact to assist Mobile Techs with questions regarding work order process. Vendor meetings- meet with vendors, collect proposals, give advice, etc. Supervise the rest of the team- dispatching work orders to techs, ability to close work orders in F360, respond as needed to emergencies. Responsible for reviewing monthly work orders for compliance and placing in physical binder. Responsible for F360 Audit to ensure recurring work orders are in place. Work with CMMS team on work order management. Meets with each region FM and Chief Engineer on a weekly/monthly basis to review binders and report deficiencies or issues as they arise. Close working relationship with Chief Engineer to work with vendors performing service. Chief Engineer maintains point person of contact and relationship owner for JCI, Otis, Etc. Assist FM team to improve use and understanding of ISLM/ISLA by the Mobile Techs.
