Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Compliance Supervisor to join our team! Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in a hospital facility.
• Compliance and/or Quality leadership experience preferred.
• Degree in healthcare area, Healthcare Administration, or a similar field of study with a strong analytical base preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the compliance management activities of the organization.
• Monitor organizations' internal initiatives and requirements.
• Coordinate, help, and perform quality education to staff.
• Direct compliance department operations and training staff related to the compliance program and initiatives.
• Assist the Director of Compliance in ensuring adherence to rules and regulations of regulatory agencies.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are developed and followed.
• Promote compliance within the organization through collaboration with operations.
• Direct efforts of all performance improvement initiatives to ensure overall compliance with regulatory standards.
