About The Position

INH Properties is seeking a full time responsible Compliance Specialist to join our team in Little Falls, MN. If you are a proactive and organized individual who takes pride in their work, we encourage you to apply. When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks: Manage and submit annual regulatory certifications/reports, including Annual Owner Certifications (AOCs), LIRCs, and PORT submissions for LIHTC and RD projects. Assist in preparing and reviewing accurate agency response reports (in collaboration with Rightsource) and develop correction actions for inspection findings. Process and finalize tenant certifications (ARs, MIs, MOs) and ensure timely completion of annual Rent and UA changes and recertification's in Voyager. Serve as the primary compliance resource for on-site property managers. Ensure on-site managers are trained and proficient in compliance-related software. Maintain organized, systematic, and secure project/tenant files.

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Energetic, dependable, self-starter, and problem solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
