Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field
2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or a related role
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate organizational compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
Conduct internal audits, reviews, and risk assessments
Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities
Stay up to date on regulatory changes and communicate impacts to leadership
Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related topics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies
Training for this position will be in person – with potential to be remote in the future
