About The Position
Receives product quality complaints Investigates product quality complaints and write reports Performs visual inspection of consumer samples, deliver consumer samples to retention room in the required timeframe. Request reserve samples visual inspection Request reserve samples testing, as applicable Keep track of the completion of the investigation within the required timeframe Review product quality complaint reports for accuracy and consistency
