Requirements

• Basic computer software knowledge, particularly strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client resource for Compliance Services clients.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely responses and solutions to clients.
• Perform tasks within the application on behalf of clients, including mapping and importing data, creating print files, and transmittal files.
• Adhere to client deadlines to meet regulatory requirements.
• Import and reconcile data based on client needs.
• Document all client-specific needs accurately.
• Provide training to clients on navigating the software solution.
• Submit remittances to federal and state agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify process improvements and suggest internal efficiencies.
