This role is responsible for monitoring customer activity, ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to potential fraud and suspicious activity, and supporting staff with compliance and security-related questions. The position plays a key role in protecting our customers and maintaining the Bank’s operational integrity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with solid organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

Monitor customer account activity, investigate alerts, and respond to reports of fraud or suspicious activity
Prepare and file regulatory reports and review account opening and due diligence documentation for accuracy and compliance
Support front line staff with compliance, fraud, identity theft, physical security, and legal process questions
Assist with departmental projects and ongoing compliance and risk management efforts
