About The Position
The Compliance Reviewer at Straight and Narrow is responsible for promoting regulatory compliance and ensuring continual survey readiness of clinical charts and related documentation. This role involves reviewing and auditing behavioral health client records, managing compliance monitoring programs, and advising management on compliance issues through detailed reporting. The position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to create effective action plans in response to audit findings.
