About The Position

As a Compliance Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders - patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You will maintain data gathered as part of the Company’s Compliance Auditing and QA programs, ensuring optimal reporting to Compliance leaders. You will also utilize and recommend enhancements to the Company’s reporting tool, create custom reports, and maintain interfaces between systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years as a business analyst supporting one or more business functions.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and high level of accountability.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organization skills, initiative, and self-starter ability.
  • Ability to analyze a high volume of transactions/data.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain data gathered as part of the Company’s Compliance Auditing and QA programs.
  • Utilize and recommend enhancements and improvements to the Company’s reporting tool.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards using the report writer for various 3rd party audits.
  • Create and maintain custom interfaces between different internal and external systems.
  • Review and document processes and assess recommendations for new solutions.
  • Assist leaders in developing QA and Compliance reporting presentations.
  • Interpret datasets to deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Present findings and recommendations through clear, concise reports.
  • Build predictive and prescriptive models to forecast operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure data solutions meet operational requirements.
  • Provide training and support to teams on operational data interpretation.
  • Work with IT to optimize data sources, ensuring integrity, availability, and accuracy.
  • Support the implementation and integration of tools that improve data management.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of operational issues or strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in developing business cases for new projects through data analysis.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
