About The Position

Our customer, a leading US-based manufacturing company, is looking for a Compliance Project Manager. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and familiarity with compliance workflows. The ideal candidate will manage key transition activities while supporting daily compliance tasks such as triage, data exports, and email management. Location: Remote, US Tentative Start Date: December 2025 Mode: Contract- 4 months (40 hours/ week)

Requirements

3 to 5 years of project management experience
2+ years supporting system transitions, implementations, or similar change projects
1 to 2 years of exposure to compliance operations or workflows
Proven ability to triage, organize, and prioritize cases and tasks
1 years' experience cross communicating with stakeholders
1+ years' experience handling data exports, reporting, and basic analysis

Nice To Haves

Experience with Convercent or EthicsPoint
Prior experience supporting compliance, ethics, or risk teams and managing shared or functional inboxes
Consulting or cross-functional project experience
Background in corporate compliance or governance

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the transition from Convercent to EthicsPoint
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders
Conduct compliance case triage and assignment
Perform data exports, reporting, and basic analysis
Monitor compliance inbox and triage incoming requests
Respond to routine inquiries as needed
Support general compliance operations and documentation
