About The Position

The Compliance Program Manager at Archaea, a bp company, is responsible for overseeing the regulatory compliance management program. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, earth science, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance in the gas production, oil and gas production, or similar industries.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and developing key performance indicators.
  • Experience with compliance management systems and environmental compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Direct experience with regulatory environmental compliance and implementing compliance management systems.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with field operations and various functions.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive compliance risk assessments and reviews of Archaea operations.
  • Develop and implement corrective action/preventive action (CAPAs) protocols.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to internal regulatory compliance reviews and audit findings.
  • Communicate compliance findings to management through reports and digital dashboards.
  • Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues to the Director of Regulatory and Environment.
  • Evaluate the compliance management system's conformance with OMS 7.1 and OMS 3.6.
  • Support the development and maintenance of digital tools for tracking and reporting KPIs.
  • Conduct internal reviews and assessments to identify non-compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
  • Manage consultants and contracts to deliver the Compliance Program.
  • Conduct site visits to identify areas for improvement in compliance.
