The Compliance Program Manager will support the Compliance Officer in managing the Corporate Compliance Program for Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care in Murrysville, PA. This role involves implementing best practices to monitor, detect, and mitigate compliance risks while providing guidance to internal teams to ensure adherence to the Corporate Integrity Agreement and applicable healthcare laws and regulations.

  • Support the Compliance Officer in oversight and management of the Corporate Compliance Program and implementing the policies, procedures and practices designed to ensure compliance with the Corporate Integrity Agreement and federal healthcare program requirements.
  • Develop and implement risk-based auditing and monitoring work plans to detect, identify, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including legal, commercial, and finance to review proposed arrangements with health care providers to identify compliance risks and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions on legal compliance topics and the Corporate Integrity Agreement, maintaining training records to ensure accountability.
  • Investigate potential violations, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and contribute to annual compliance reporting.
  • 6+ years of compliance and/or management experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals, with demonstrated accountability in previous roles.
  • Expertise in healthcare compliance regulations including, but not limited to, the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Sunshine Act.
  • Competency with various databases such as SAP ERP, MS-Access, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; compliance certifications such as CHC or CCEP are preferred.
  • Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
  • Proactive, self-directed individual with strong communication and analytical skills.
