The Compliance Program Manager reports to the Director of Bank Compliance and is responsible for assisting with the management of the Tompkins's Compliance Management System (CMS), to ensure the bank is in compliance with its policies and procedures with banking laws, rules, regulations including, but not limited to, Compliance reviews and audits, Regulatory Change, Complaints Management System, and compliance training and will regularly collaborate with key stakeholders to help Tompkins achieve business goals within board-defined risk parameters. The ideal candidate has functional knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, experience with Complaints tracking, Regulatory Change procedures and tracking, compliance training, and compliance monitoring for first and second line. Must have the ability to be a self-starter and challenge the status quo.
