- Proven ability in data analytics, including developing and interpreting models to provide continuous insight and inform decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of effectively working with individuals from different departments to achieve common goals.
- Expertise in conflict management, with the ability to identify potential conflicts and facilitate discussions to create win-win solutions.
