Compliance Litigation Paralegal In-Office : Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL Role Type: Full-Time POSITION OVERVIEW The Compliance Paralegal will support the company’s compliance program, with a focus on corporate compliance, governance adherence, and related training. This role will help ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Paralegal certificate preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or corporate paralegal roles
  • Familiarity with FTC advertising rules, influencer disclosures, or consumer protection laws preferred
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

Nice To Haves

  • Consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, or regulated industries
  • Experience supporting compliance programs or audits

Responsibilities

  • Support internal audits and compliance monitoring activities.
  • Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Maintain records related to compliance investigations, complaints, and corrective actions.
  • Track compliance requirements and assist with implementation of compliance controls.
  • Work with Human Resources team to coordinate compliance training logistics and recordkeeping.
  • Support responses to regulatory inquiries and agency requests.
  • Assist with review and tracking of marketing and advertising compliance (including influencer and social media compliance).
  • Assist with contract and vendor compliance documentation.
  • Cooperate with Regulatory team for cross-functional alignment.
