Compliance Litigation Paralegal In-Office : Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL Role Type: Full-Time POSITION OVERVIEW The Compliance Paralegal will support the company’s compliance program, with a focus on corporate compliance, governance adherence, and related training. This role will help ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Paralegal certificate preferred)
2–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or corporate paralegal roles
Familiarity with FTC advertising rules, influencer disclosures, or consumer protection laws preferred
Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

Nice To Haves

Consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, or regulated industries
Experience supporting compliance programs or audits

Responsibilities

Support internal audits and compliance monitoring activities.
Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
Maintain records related to compliance investigations, complaints, and corrective actions.
Track compliance requirements and assist with implementation of compliance controls.
Work with Human Resources team to coordinate compliance training logistics and recordkeeping.
Support responses to regulatory inquiries and agency requests.
Assist with review and tracking of marketing and advertising compliance (including influencer and social media compliance).
Assist with contract and vendor compliance documentation.
Cooperate with Regulatory team for cross-functional alignment.
