About The Position
Under the direction of in-house lawyers, the Compliance Paralegal is to provide Signature Aviation's Legal Department with compliance support in various areas including third-party vetting, policies and procedures, training, communications, special projects, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the legal field and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving demands. This position requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills who will work with persons across the company and within the legal department to ensure an effective ethics and compliance program. As part of a very active legal department, they should be ready to pivot, learn new applications and processes, and support the other paralegals and attorneys when needed.
