As a Team Lead in the GCPO Operations team, you will contribute significantly to the eBay AML Conspiracy and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) programs. You will help craft the growth of the distributed team handling these regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years in an AML compliance operations role within a financial services company.
• 2+ years of experience mentoring/leading a team in an agile environment, including experience with reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of AML regulations as well as typologies and red flags.

Nice To Haves

• CAMS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks as a Team Lead for a Conspiracy/EDD operations team. Responsibilities include meeting deadlines, training and mentoring teammates and analysts, and maintaining quality assurance standards.
• Holding teams accountable to operational metrics.
• Acquire a comprehensive knowledge base of AML processes and procedures to include variances by regional regulatory entities.
• Work closely with the Global Operations Manager, the Quality Assurance team, and the regional AML Policy Officers to identify efficiencies to streamline compliance processes.
