We’re looking for a Compliance Operations Coordinator to be on the front lines of Conduit’s compliance operations—owning the day-to-day execution of bank and client requests. This role is about responsiveness, precision, and accountability. You’ll make sure every compliance requirement is handled quickly and flawlessly, helping us maintain the trust of our clients and banking partners.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, operations, or client-facing roles within fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients while ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally.
  • Extreme ownership mindset with pride in closing loops fast—whether it’s a document review, a client question, or a bank request.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Ability to contribute to process design and improvement.
  • Accountability-driven with a focus on finding solutions and holding oneself to high standards of execution.
  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to create and maintain dashboards (Jira or similar tools) and articulate process improvements and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake, processing, and submission of compliance requests to our banking partners with speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure that client documents are collected, verified, and delivered to banks as soon as possible—no dropped balls, no delays.
  • Liaise directly with clients to gather information, provide clear updates, and ensure they feel supported throughout the process.
  • Provide feedback to the Manager of Compliance Operations and work closely with leadership to flag risks, close gaps, and keep the compliance machine running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and keep everything audit-ready.
