About The Position
The Compliance Officer (Oral Products) is responsible for developing, leading, and overseeing the implementation of the U.S. compliance program in the Oral Products segment of the U.S market. The Compliance Officer (Oral Products), together with the entire U.S. Compliance team, is also responsible for driving the mission of Global PMI Compliance to empower and enable management, employees, and close third parties to meet applicable external and internal requirements by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and advice to do their jobs in an ethical and compliant way. This role involves assessing risk, monitoring ongoing compliance, testing compliance controls, and investigating allegations of potential non-compliance. The Compliance Officer will drive a culture of compliance that encourages raising concerns about potential or actual compliance violations and proactively addressing issues.
