Requirements

• Three years experience with Low-income, senior or housing related programs
• Knowledge of rental assistance and affordable housing programs
• Ability to travel
• Any satisfactory combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities (College degree is a plus but is not required, High School Diploma is required, Certified COS. TCM. MORS, BOS, CMH, AHM, or related is required.)

Responsibilities

• Process applications and determine eligibility for the affordable program offered at assigned properties.
• Verify income, assets, medical or unusual expenses, and assisted dwelling information.
• Ensuring that all assigned properties operate in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local affordable housing program requirements.
• Assist the Regional Property Manager with compliance, such as preparing policies and procedures, and clean-up of sites.
• Run EIV reports monthly
• Monitor repayment agreements and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Maintain a complete and current EIV file (EIV book) containing all required documentation.
• Review all resident files prior to annual auditor submissions.
• Participate in and support all ownership, investor, governmental agency, and third-party reviews.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure sites are fully prepared for reviews and inspections.
