About The Position
North Hampton Association Inc., a premier golf course community in Fernandina Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager. This part-time role is responsible for monitoring, documenting, and enforcing compliance with the Association’s governing documents and Florida Statutes. The Compliance Manager will conduct inspections of residential properties and common areas, coordinate with vendors, and support the daily operations of the Community Association Manager. This role is ideal for a professional who values community integrity, enjoys fieldwork, and excels in organization and customer service.
