About The Position
CBRE is seeking a highly motivated and effective Compliance Manager to advance our global data governance program. This role will focus on ensuring effective, optimized, and legally compliant practices in: Data retention and destruction, Data integrity and quality, and Data literacy and awareness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong potential for professional growth and leadership in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This instrumental role will collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts across CBRE's cybersecurity, data analytics, AI development, legal, and privacy teams to define and drive strategic objectives in data governance and AI compliance. The position reports to the Vice President, Global Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, within the Global Risk, Ethics, and Compliance department.
