About The Position
Old Colony Homes is an affordable housing community. Experience with move in, interim and annual recertification for Public Housing, Project Based Vouchers, or Project Based Section 8, along with Low Income Housing Tax Credits is required. The Compliance Manager leads the compliance team as they interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Acts as the Company's representative by conveying the benefits of the community. Responsible for the leasing process for the entire property, from introduction to the actual occupancy of the resident, and annual recertification.
