About The Position

The Compliance Lead will confirm security standards and support audit engagements such as SOC and PCI, ensuring compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. The role involves performing risk assessments, documenting root cause analyses, and tracking corrective action plans to resolution. The Compliance Lead will develop, author, and revise enterprise policies and procedures while monitoring emerging regulations and data protection laws to maintain compliance. Additionally, the role requires engaging stakeholders to integrate audit findings into the organization's strategic planning and leading cross-functional projects to ensure successful remediation of compliance-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a preferred focus in accounting, audit, finance, or information systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in compliance and auditing, expertise in accounting preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with PCI and SOC audits, compliance frameworks, and privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR.
  • Proven capacity to lead cross-functional projects ensuring successful remediation of compliance related initiatives.
