About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive leader to ensure Take Command upholds the highest standards of regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational integrity across our insurance and benefits offerings. This role is critical to protecting the trust of our clients, ensuring alignment with industry regulations, and supporting the sustainable growth of our business. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining internal controls, monitoring evolving regulatory landscapes, and implementing policies that mitigate risk while enabling innovation. Working cross-functionally with legal, product, operations, and leadership teams, you’ll help create a culture of compliance that is both rigorous and adaptable.
