U.S. Compliance Monitoring and Testing provides governance, oversight, and support for central elements of the U.S. Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program, including: Lead strategic planning efforts and support U.S. Compliance Monitoring and Testing in defining the long-term vision, priorities, and success measures for the program. Develop management routines, operating frameworks, and program governance models to ensure consistent execution and alignment with compliance leadership objectives. Identify and assess opportunities for continuous improvement across U. S. Compliance Monitoring and Testing Programs and influence execution in collaboration with vertical leads. The U.S. Compliance Monitoring and Testing team works directly with the Bank's Compliance Units, Compliance Testing, and Oversight Functions to develop and manage the annual monitoring plan for the US, , including, reports on regulatory themes and potential gaps in coverage, and creates standards and procedures for the US Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program. The position requires a high level of compliance knowledge with consumer related laws and regulations, an ability to work both individually and as a team, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. Th e above details are specific to the role which is outlined in the general description below. Our team currently operates under a hybrid work model, with employees expected to work in the office two days per week. Starting in November 2025, this expectation will increase to four days per week. Please note that, due to limited office space, the exact timing of this transition may vary depending on availability and individual circumstances.
