We are currently hiring a Compliance Field Examiner to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! You will be responsible for collecting data in field retail locations and reporting your findings. This is a field-based position, which will require 50% to 75% travel. Requirements

• 1 to 3 years sales and retail background and/or in a compliance or investigatory background
• A valid driver’s license, proof of personal vehicle insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards are required. Mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to research and investigate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Strong analytic abilities with organizational and time management skills

• Bachelor’s degree a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Perform field examination activity in various retail locations
• Determine control objectives and ensure compliance programs are executed appropriately
• Act as a “secret shopper” conducting transactions with retail partners to determine compliance with company standards and applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare, edit, and revise examination findings in Salesforce and other internal systems
• Confidently present and interact with all levels of internal and external employees from executives to front-line retail employees
• Enter and code data accurately
• This role requires 50% to 75% travel within the designated region
