Join us as a Compliance & Ethics Officer Your main responsibilities This position can be based in Dallas, Houston, Chicago or Denver office locations. Serve as the Company’s second line of defense by providing area-wide leadership, standards, support, and independent oversight to ensure that all business entities meet ethical compliance responsibilities and manage their respective compliance risks. Responsible for communicating the Company’s Code of Conduct and for the enhancement, development, implementation and execution of ethics and compliance programs and initiatives. Proactively manage identified risks, monitor, enforce and evaluate the effectiveness of ethics and compliance policies. Develop prevention strategies to address systemic issues and continuously improve processes. Seek to identify new compliance risks with significant impact to the organization and form action plan proposals to address top issues. Promote ethics and compliance as a top priority to the organization, fostering a culture where employees themselves become credible and knowledgeable compliance facilitators/ambassadors. Provide coaching, as necessary. Sustain strong collaboration with compliance peers to build ethics and compliance awareness training plan, material and program. Lead with integrity and create environment where partners feel included, values and supported to do work that energizes them.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Major: Law, HR, Finance or Business
  • Experience: Advanced Excel & Power apps, developing and delivering employment and compliance related training, conducting internal investigations, LMS administration

  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional
  • Certified in Internal Investigations
  • Certified Internal Auditor
