About The Position
Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Compliance Engineer to join our team as our footprint continues to grow nationwide. This role will be responsible for providing compliance support to our customer base, as well as our internal engineering design teams. As a subject matter expert on OSHA's Process Safety Management (PSM) & EPA's Risk Management Plan (RMP) programs, you will be equipped with the knowledge & tools to provide system inspections, deficiency reports, provide customer training, complete complex engineering calculations, and other key tasks to ensure our customers are achieving compliance with all government regulations for the refrigeration industry.
