About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Engineer to ensure our products and processes meet all applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety specifications. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, CE, FCC, UL)
• Experience with quality management systems
• Understanding of product safety requirements
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong project management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Professional certifications (CQE, CRE, or similar)
• Experience with international regulations
• Knowledge of environmental compliance (RoHS, REACH, etc.)
• Background in product development
• Experience with risk management
• Multilingual capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance strategies for products and processes
• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and standards
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and gap analyses
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation and technical files
• Manage product certification processes
• Coordinate testing and validation activities
• Review product designs for compliance requirements
• Interface with regulatory agencies and certification bodies
• Support quality management system maintenance
• Train staff on compliance requirements and procedures
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues
• Lead internal audits and support external audits
