About The Position
Element has an opportunity for a Compliance Engineer, EMC/RF to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the EMC/RF team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department and ensures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to EMC testing and compliance. The engineer position is also expected to operate to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures. In this role, you will be closely involved as a contributing team member with compliance testing for a variety of EMC compliance projects. You will be responsible for the creation and verification of EMC test templates and procedures, and you will be expected to learn and maintain knowledge of EMC standards and practices. Additionally, you will be accountable for technical activities of a limited scope and may attain additional responsibilities for the release of standard and/or routine data to clients. The position requires the ability to effectively contribute to technical presentations and communications within the engineering discipline, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
