About The Position

The Compliance Director will work directly with upper management to ensure our organization adheres to all employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR compliance programs, conducting audits, developing policies and providing guidance to management and employees on regulatory matters. In addition to the primary responsibilities, the role involves shared job duties and responsibilities across other entities, including Simply Slims, AR LLC and Simply Slims AL, LLC.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with oversight of multiple individuals and departments.
  • Experience in writing company wide handbooks as well as policies and procedures.
  • Strong desire to develop and maintain a strong company culture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to make good decisions and adapt to changing situations.
  • SHRM certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Drivers License, a good driving record, and have access to a vehicle.
