About The Position

Purpose: As a compliance coordinator you will make sure all employees stay in compliance with the DOT Rules and Regulations and ensure all employees get their hours completed and submitted. This process involves a detailed review of employee hours and driver logs to find errors or falsifications in order to assure a compliant workforce and accuracy in payroll. Responsibilities

Verify that each employee has hours entered daily
Verify that field employees have the correct amount of hours calendared daily
Verify that office/warehouse employees have used the time clock correctly
Audit drivers to make sure the hours turned over for payroll match up with the truck GPS
Audit driver logs for Hours of Service violations
Audit driver logs for Form and Manner errors
Communicate with the drivers about policies and regulations
Manage speeding and driver behavior reports
