About The Position

The Compliance Coordinator for Sub-Vendors at TEKsystems is responsible for ensuring that third-party Sub-Vendors and their employees meet all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations before consultants are placed on client sites. This role involves communication with various stakeholders to collect and verify necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of an organization.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in time management, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Vet US and Canadian Sub-Vendors and their employees adhering to pre-defined legal requirements, government regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for Sub-Vendor companies and provide feedback on necessary changes.
  • Audit work authorization documentation and/or immigration paperwork per government immigration regulations and standards.
  • Partner with the Allegis Immigration Team on complex H1B transfer situations to ensure compliance with immigration and work authorization requirements.
  • Audit and validate background, drug test, and medical information submitted by Sub-Vendor employees for accuracy.
  • Manage the timely review of Sub-Vendors and their employees that were approved with information pending, providing weekly maintenance and follow escalation steps as applicable.
  • Schedule conference calls and meetings with Sales teams, Field Support, Sub-Vendor, and Sub-Vendor employees in support of compliance.
  • Maintain up to date, accurate documentation of all pending placements and provide regular updates to Sub-Vendor, Sales Team, and Leadership.
