About The Position

Compliance Consultant Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Compliance Consultant is responsible for delivering and executing foundational compliance responsibilities that support the team and management at the advanced level. How you will make an impact: At the advanced level, report, communicate, research laws at the advanced level, regulations, requirements, regulatory audits and/or exams. Provide advanced level support to regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, risk assessments. At the advanced level, analyze and extract regulatory data, documentation for compliance with requirements. Participate in compliance monitoring to identify process gaps, validate compliance levels, map processes, draft corrective actions/remediation plans. Conduct investigations, document findings, update stakeholders and leadership on developments, comply with notification requirements, ensure corrective actions are made.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Medicaid preferred.
