About The Position

About the Role: The Compliance Analytics Developer plays a key role in advancing the Compliance department’s data and analytics capabilities. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that support surveillance, reporting, and strategic initiatives, including emerging AI use cases. This role partners closely with Compliance stakeholders, Analytics team members, and Information Technology to translate business requirements into reliable, and high-quality data products. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise and business acumen with a focus on data integrity and governance. This position offers flexibility with 3 days/week in our Milwaukee office and 2 days remote. The Impact You’ll Make: Partner with Compliance associates to understand business processes, reporting needs, and regulatory requirements. Translate business requirements into analytics and data solutions. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools. Build and manage data workflows using Alteryx (or similar data preparation tools) to integrate data from on-premise systems, cloud platforms, and APIs. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support and enhance legacy reports, and ad-hoc data requests. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data solutions meet business and quality standards. Contribute to metadata management and data governance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or data solutions role.
• Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Experience using Alteryx or similar data integration and preparation tools.
• Working knowledge of database principles and data management best practices.
• Familiarity with data governance concepts and metadata management.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Drive effective communications with business partners to achieve successful results of assigned projects and assignments.
