About The Position

The Compliance Business Analyst 1 is responsible for supporting compliance initiatives within the organization. This role involves analyzing compliance data, assisting in the development of compliance policies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The analyst will work closely with various departments to identify compliance risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., CRCM, CCEP).
• Experience with compliance software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compliance data and prepare reports for management.
