About The Position

Fireblocks is seeking a Compliance Associate to support the Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) Compliance Programs of our regulated entities, Fireblocks Trust Company, LLC and Fireblocks LLC (the “Regulated Entities”). This Compliance Associate will be primarily responsible for supporting the onboarding and ongoing monitoring for institutional customers of the Regulated Entities. This role will directly contribute to our compliance with applicable regulatory requirements by collecting, evaluating, and verifying customer documentation, reviewing risk indicators, and helping to ensure that onboarding and transaction processes meet legal and internal standards. This position requires a risk-based approach to compliance, ensuring that financial crime risks are identified, assessed, and appropriately managed in line with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. This role reports to the Director of Compliance and will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance compliance operations, manage regulatory requirements, and support the broader compliance framework.
