Position Summary We're seeking a meticulous and motivated Compliance Assistant to support the Community Manager in ensuring all assigned properties meet regulatory and company compliance standards. In this role, you'll prepare and review resident files, verify eligibility documentation, assist with recertifications, and maintain accurate records to ensure readiness for audits and inspections. You'll also provide support to onsite teams, helping them understand and implement affordable housing program rules, including HUD and LIHTC requirements. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn the complexities of affordable housing compliance.
