About The Position

As a Compliance and Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in reducing risk and driving safety initiatives across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and implementing updates to Risk Management programs across the region, developing and rolling out regional safety initiatives based on risk trends, ensuring monthly safety meetings are held, and auditing locations for compliance. You will also partner with Employee Relations and Legal teams on Department of Labor audits and conduct audits for key programs.

• Skilled in auditing and compliance practices
• Comfortable with travel and field coordination
• A proactive communicator and collaborator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement updates to Risk Management programs across the region
