About The Position

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compliance and Risk Analyst in Tampa, FL. The Compliance and Risk Analyst will support the FLOD Testing & Validation BURM team with testing of RCSA controls. This role involves designing test scripts, executing testing, and commenting on the operating effectiveness of aligned controls. The analyst will track results and report to management, respond to questions from senior management, and perform a variety of tasks under general supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
• At least 3-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required

Responsibilities

• Support the FLOD Testing & Validation BURM team with testing of RCSA controls
• Design test scripts and execute testing
• Comment on operating effectiveness of aligned controls
• Track results and report to management
• Respond to questions from senior management
• Perform FLoD Quality Control Execution
• Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision
